Just uninstall Acronis and do a clean install of the latest version rather than an upgrade over top of the old version. That will take care of any obsolete drivers. Use Revo uinstaller.

Thanks I did that. I also switched the power options back on and now have had three BSODs in the past two days. The latest one has FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xc9_20d_VRF_fileinfo!FIStreamGetInfo+11f.
Say, I do have one question about the irsis.sys file. The only infrared device that I use is a USB device for my polar heart rate monitor and it uses shows up only when it is plugged in. I tried to unintall it and ended up with a major boot error and had to run boot fix.
Just to note on the first error "X64_CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_2_PROC_ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE". According to a MS VIP this is generally caused by an outdated BIOS or faulty CPU on some Toshiba and HP computers. Make sure you BIOS is up-to-date. :)
I have the most recent Bios and my system is a custom build PC running an AMD 64 x2 dualcore 6000+ processor that has passed both Prime95 and Intelburn testing over the weekend.
BD, upload the dumps to us, please. I know what 0xc9 is; but I would like to see the dump file.
The system is loading the infrared device driver whether or not you are using the actual device. You can open Device Manager, find the infrared device, right click on it, click on Properties, click on the Driver tab, and try updating the driver through Device Manager.
I have tried to update it and it states that the drivers are up to date. Also it says that the device in question is mounted internal. I am not certain of any IR device that would be mounted internally.

If I might jump in for a comment:
Acronis 2010 has been known to be pretty buggy on many systems. In fact, I installed it (after uninstalling Acronis 2009), ran it for a few days and reverted back to 2009 (got a refund on 2010) because it was so unstable.
My advice is to create a rescue disk and completely uninstall ATI 2010 using Revo or the Acronis clean up utility. Further, I would not reinstall it until you have your issues straightened out. You can always image via the rescue disk (albeit not as convenient). ATI 2010 has had enough issues so as to justify the caution of not reinstalling until you are stable again.
By the way, Acronis will say that 2010 & 11 are the only TI versions that are compatible with Win7, but I have absolutely no issues with 2009 on win7 64. In fact, I have 4 copies, 3 of which I bought on ebay for $12.

Completely uninstall Acronis as James suggested above using Revo or the Acronis clean up utility. The Acronis filter driver is the oldest driver on your system. Your latest dump, a Driver Verifier enabled dump, blames fileinfo.sys, which is an MS system driver. In all probability, it is not the cause; but something else interfered with it.
Something is not right with or is interfering with your hibernation file as evidenced by two of the latest dumps and by previous dumps. You posted above that you had disabled Hibernate. How did you do this? Please read this tutorial: Hibernate - Enable or Disable
Uninstall Acronis and update those other drivers and let's see how your system runs.
Run an SFC scan: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html. Post back with the results.
