    Windows Seven Problems

    Ok guys, here's the deal.
I bought the Windows 7, clean install disk, then like 2, or three days later, it freaking crashes.
    Here's the 'symptoms':
1: The windows themselves start to lag.
2: The tool bar will freeze.
3: Sometimes; it won't shut off.
4: I try to boot and it says "Start startup repair, and won't boot into Windows.
I run the startup repair, and it fixes absolutely NOTHING! I had even called Microsoft, and was on the phone with them for like 2 hours.
All these people tell me to update drivers, but I downloaded a Windows 7 Compatibility program FROM Microsoft and it said that my laptop was ok. PLEASE HELP! (BTW all this other stuff about Reg Cleaners, etc, dnt work, so PLEASE don't tell me that.)

(By the way) I recently reinstalled it without installing certain updates, and it hasnt crashed since Friday, so is there just like a bug in the updates or something?

Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes and see if you have any problems.

Do not run the registry scan unless you know what you are doing!!!

I know.. plus I really don't think it has to do with my registry!
