That is a good indication that your RAM is OK. Have you gotten any more BSOD's?

Not yet. but i have been running memtest 95 percent of my uptime and almost not used the computer since my last BSOD.

That is not the news we wanted to hear.

Again the error code 3B, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory.

Your RAM has passed Memtest so RAM is not likely to be the problem. I did find one slightly out of date driver:

Update the driver above and enable Driver Verifier following the instructions in the tutorial below. If Driver Verifier finds a faulty driver, it will trigger a crash. Hopefully the resulting dump pinpoints the driver. Use your computer normally while Driver Verifier is running. Upload any BSOD's.

You can turn off Driver Verifier. The dumps are pointing to system drivers. That doesn't help us.

I still find this older driver:

Quote:
AtiPcie.sys Tue May 05 11:00:22 2009 - ATI PCIE Driver for ATI PCIE chipset, Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD. See if you can update this driver. Since it is a chipset driver, try to update it from your computer or motherboard manufacturer's website.
Let's stress your system a little bit further. Follow this tutorial and run Prime: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the setting: Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs. This will stress your CPU and your RAM.

Can't find any newer driver. I used driver sweeper to remove any trace of the ATI/AMD driver and downloaded the latest from the link you provided.
I can't find any newer driver from my motherboard manufature

I've started to think that this is a hardware issue.
The only thing my system is built on is a
Motherboard with onboard graphic card, cpu, memory and harddrives.

The harddrives are ok due to all test programs i can find at the suppliers homepages.

The memory seems to be ok due to memtest86+

Mabe the right thing is to buy a new moatherboard and a new cpu. They aren't that expensive.
But its not that fun since all items are bought just a few monts agao.

Regarding stress test.
Most of the times when I get a bsod is when the machine are iddeling and the temperature is really low. (25-30 deg celcius on the cpu)

You do know the date on that driver was before win 7 was released. It may be time

Just a thought
