i keep getting bsod at startup for windows and and also when safe mode starts. Attachment 101946

also. for the last few weeks i have noticed this screen before windows 7 starts that says something like:

exiting pxe-rom

its a lot longer than that and also mentions something about intel, could be my processor.

The message that you're getting is the system trying to boot from a network. It's usually because the system can't boot from the hard drive - so it tries the next thing(s) until it gets to the network boot (which is usually last).

I'd suggest following the instructions in this post:

Also, since the error was with the hard drive, I'd suggest this diagnostic procedure: (read the details at the link)

The single dump file that was uploaded is a different error, and points to this error:

Changing BSODs on startup.
The three BSOD's I've seen after changing it to not auto restart are 0x0000001E, 0x00000019, and 0x0000000A. The only one I've actually seen the DMP file of is the first one and saw something about ntkrnlmp.exe. It happens generally like a minute or two after startup and will sometimes happen...
