Ok, been a while since i replied, have been trying other different things

I have reformatted again for about hte 10th time and installed NO dirvers to see how it went, got BSoD (first attahced dump) so i installed the drivers in specific order. chipset first then video and got another BSoD (attached also) i dont believe this is a drive or windows issue atthis stage and i have a hardware problem somewhere, i have tried installing an Os on 2 different hard drives (both 1TB spinpoint F3s) so that sort of rules them out unless its that make of hard drive not working with something else. otehr than that the only other 2 things i havnt swapped are the CPU and AM and i have testedthe ram extensivley with no faults found.

Im realy at the end of the line here, ive tried bloody everything!! its only once every couple of days normally but still enough to realy annoy me

    Any ideas GREATLY APPRECIATED

Since this is a clean install, I am treating this as if I had never seen it before. One of the dumps directly blames memory corruption and the other is a memory management error. No direct cause is given. You will have to troubleshoot. Begin the troubleshooting process by updating two outdated drivers. Outdated network drivers, Ethernet drivers, and wireless drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's.
athrx.sys Tue Jun 09 14:06:49 2009 - Atheros network adapter driver. OEM - none at http://www.atheros.com/pt/index.html. Try to update this driver from your computer manufacturer's or motherboard manufacturer's website. If there is no update, upgrade to a new network adapter.

AtiPcie.sys Tue May 05 11:00:22 2009 - ATI PCIE Driver for ATI PCIE chipset. Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD
or OEM Motherboard/System chipset drivers. Update this driver.

Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 - Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 Network Driver Interface Specification 6.20 64-bit Driver. Latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek. Update this driver.
The Realtek driver has proven to be a problem driver for some. I have read where some folks decided to ditch the GigaBit Ethernet adapter altogether. I am not necessarily recommending this; I am just passing on what I have learned. You can do a Google search for this driver and you can read for yourself.

After you update these drivers, reboot and run your system. If you get another BSOD, upload it and test your RAM with Memtest86 following the instructions in this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Please read the tutorial thoroughly. Run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer has been off for a while. It will take 6-8 hours to run 7 passes. Post your results.

If you get no errors from Memtest, carefully follow the instructions in this tutorial and enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. Driver Verifier will trigger a BSOD if it encounters a faulty driver. Upload any and all Driver Verifier enabled dumps.

Have already tried everything you have suggested on previous installs of windows,

The ethernet adapter is built into the motherboard, have tried disabling this before in device manager and have tried removing the wireless card all together, all ending in the same result bloody BSoDs

Have also tried enabling the driver verifier

You may have to get an updated Ethernet adapter and uninstall the current one rather than disable it. But first I would update the driver; there is an update available. You can navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename Rt64win7.sys from .sys to .bak. Reboot and the driver will not load. This will break the Ethernet adapter.

so when i rename the driver it wont load then i update to the latest driver? and if it BSoDs again it rules out that driver? but if i dont use the etherner adapter can i leave the link broken and not update it?

just a little confused, trying to clarify

    Thanks for the new tips

Yes, you can update to the latest driver after you rename the existing driver; but if you don't use Ethernet, just leave it. You will probably be better off just leaving it.

It would not necessarily rule out that driver if you updated it ans still get BSOD's. One of our expert team members here tells me the latest version of this driver is causing problems. That is why I hink you would be better off just renaming the driver and leaving it that way if you do not use Ethernet. If you use Ethernet, I would suggest another Ethernet adapter.

You are welcome for the help and the tips.

Cheers man, will try tonight, this has been about 8 months worth of intense trouble shooting, thos weekend i will be giving my CPU and RAM to a friend to put in his computer just to rule out thos components, ram testing for days and days revealed nothing but trying in another PC will tell me for sure
