BSOD After Waking, Win7
Hi all - I am usually pretty good about troubleshooting and finding fixes for PC problems, but I'm throwing the white flag up for this one.
I am getting the BSOD every time I wake up this Win 7 PC from Sleep Mode. The error code on the BSOD indicates this is probably due to a conflict between Win 7 and my 2TB Seagate HD, but since I cannot read the DMP file with Wordpad or Notepad (more frustration), I can't be certain.
Also, I've tried off and on for two days to download the jcgriff2 BSOD tool and cannot get the download to complete. I'm having no other problems with accessing websites, etc.
Hopefully, the attached zipped DMP file from today will provide you gracious experts with some helpful information.
Additional system info:
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 870@2.93GHz
8GB RAM
Seagate 2TB HD
System is five months old. Built by my local PC shop and came with Win7 installed. No OS reinstalls, and no drivers have been updated.
No Norton Products installed.
The local shop is asking me to log this "beast" to their shop for troubleshooting, but I hope to keep that as a last resort.
Thanks in advance for any help.
(I may not be back online until tomorrow morning, but appreciate all replies.)
