WIN7 BSOD or crash, both when turning on PC

Hi,

When starting my pc, it starts windows, then i get a crash and screen freezes, nothing happens, sometimes my pc starts and it goes directly to the BSOD. However, this PC works fine 10 % of the times I start it. I really don't know whats happening. Please Help.

I have updated a lot of drivers and ran the reports mentioned here, also I am attaching the last 2 dump file text.

I really appreciate your help, thanks in advance guys

I updated all the drivers, and I havent had any BSODs sisnce my last update..... I really dont know if the issue is solved beacuse this is happening so randomly. I will be testing these next days an see what happens...

How can I keep Win7 from turning off my sound when idle?
I recently installed Windows 7 coming from XP. My on board sound is turned off while idle. There is no option in power management to disable this nor is it available in the device manger settings. Does anyone know of a solution? My motherboard is an ASUS M4A87TD EVO with VIA VT1818 on board audio.
