Excellent news, Tom!! Good work on your part. You are very welcome for the help.I am glad your printer is compatible. Post back in a couple of days and update us on how your system is doing. If you are still free from BSOD's, we will ask the mods to mark this thread as solved.

Well, I had no BSOD's for 7 hours now.
On the Microsoft site there was mentioned that my printer, a Samsung ML-2010R was compatible with Windows 7. I removed the dgivecp thing in the folder System32\drivers and also the ssport. I removed also the dgivecp in the registry.
My printer is still working (!) and I had no more BSOD's. Also, in eventviewer there were no errors anymore! So I am a happy man now

Thank you all for helping me!

    Best Regards
    Tom

    Hi Tom

dont zorgen over Nederlandse. Als u behoefte post een lijn in het Nederlands en volgen zij met het Engels. Indien nodig kan ik niet anders zijn.

Dont worry about dutch. If you need post a line in dutch and follow it with english. If need I can do the same.
