BSOD on boot,then restarts normally

My windows 7 PC shows a bsod right after the windows 7 logo and restarts. After restarting if I choose "start windows normally",it boots ok.The "BSOD Dump & System File Collection app" is not working on my system,it shows "program has stopped working".However I have attached a crashdump file and perfmon report.I also did a HDD scan using seatools,it gave no errors.
The OS is 32-bit.The problem persists even after doing a clean install. It is a full retail version. The age of system hardware is 10 months....Please help

Your dump blame nvlddmkm.sys, part of the Nvidia display drivers

Remove the Nvidia drivers by using driver sweeper: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
Update your driver: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Causes: corrupt driver, problematic PSU/RAM/PCI slot, incorrect RAM voltages/timings, bad GPU, overheating

This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys

Your graphics card might be faulty, test it in another PC if possible
Test your RAM also: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Video_TDR_116 pinpoints hardware trouble. If drivers don't fix it, then it's the hardware. Could be RAM too. Sometimes flashing new bios might help.

Follow on with yowanvista's spot-on post. Do the memtest.

APPLY DRIVER SWEEPER after you uninstall the driver.
