Nothing there. Is there anything for it under "Integrated Peripherals"?

What is the make and model number of the motherboard? If unsure this,

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

should be able to show it on the Mainboard tab. Then I can look up the manual and see what it has to say.

Can't find the same model as shown in the screen shot but found this one that is close,

BIOSTAR :: P4M900-M7 FE :: Specification

Had a look at the manual for that one and it has all the same options in the bios that you listed, and nothing for disabling the onboard video. I have a feeling it is one of those that is supposed to auto disable when a video card is detected.

Back to your other screen shot shown the Via/S3 stuff on startup, if you haven't yet have a good look through Programs and Features and the list of installed Windows Updates and see if there is anything listed for Via/S3 and if so uninstall them. Also have a look in Device Manager and if it is showing in there, and if it is start with trying to uninstall it first (right click and select Uninstall). Restart and if Windows detects and re-installs it.

If that happens open msconfig (Start and type msconfig in the search box), and check the Startup tab for anything relating to Via/S3; with it being a Via based motherboard it is possible there is more than one so if there is double check that what it is referencing is for the onboard video and not something else. Then go back to Device Manager and set the via graphics to disabled. That should at least stop it from loading at startup and hopefully stop the BSOD relating to it.

Thank you very much Stormy13. I will go down the list as mentioned and will update this topic if anything else arises. Else, i might just re-format. :)
