Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

I was thinking of doing the test with separate RAMs, and guess what? I missed the Memtest86 on my first start up and load into windows, and everything is fine now, guess the RAM i took out was defective. I will try the RAMs on different slots soon, right now its running on 2GB of DDR3 RAMs.

I'm experiencing this issue right now, totally new to me. I've tested both of the RAM on both of the RAM slot, both worked like a charm separately, meaning no freezes and BSOD, but when the RAM are put together, I get freezes and BSODs; What could be the problem?

While using just 2GB of RAM, I've managed to have a much longer time between random freeze and BSOD, in fact it used to crash moments entering the OS, this time it actually stayed on the OS for around 6 hours(I have ran 3DMark06 and a application which uses around 1.5GB of the entire system memory). The crash happened randomly when the laptop was on idel. Here is the most recent dump file.
