    Frequent bluescreens and crashes.

Hi, been a while since I posted here. I've been having frequent bluescreens recently, theres a bunch of things that could be causing this.
It's most common with flash player, when pressing play on a video in a flash player, such as YouTube, I get the 'Display driver stopped responding and was recovered' message, and if I refresh the site and press play again, I get a BSOD. It is not the browser's fault, happens with all browsers.
    Other times I get BAD_POOL_HEADER and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

The video driver bluescreens show atikmpag.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, and dxgmms1.sys with a bug check code of 0x00000116.

Windows Explorer often crashes when doing simple things like renaming or copying files, and often when I try to reboot my system, it crashes and the computer doesn't reboot, however, shutting it down works.

I've tried re-installing the video drivers, and adobe flash, but nothing changed.
Temperatures are all within reasonable limits, CPU goes to 50 max, and GPU max 60.
No Viruses or spyware on the machine.
    Memtest86+ shows no errors.
I can provide crash dumps if needed.

A few things about my setup:
I have a SSD, which is pretty new, but the bluescreen's didn't start after I installed it, however I'm getting more of them.

To spare my SSD, I have a 4GB RAMDisk with the TEMP folder and search index on.

I set my RAM's timings to 9-9-9-28 myself, because the BIOS didn't get them right (wired?).

    Thanks for any help.
