    Help me plz pc reboots after shutdown


    im haveing big problems with pc it keeps rebooting every time i shout down there are lots of error reprots so hare im going to add them to e-mail

    I have flashed my bios and updated all drives it was fixed for 2 days but its know come back plz help me out

    Sound Blaster
    2 Network (prots one in use)

    Getting this error:

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvstor.sys, Win32 error 0n2

    Probably caused by : storport.sys ( storport!StorPortReadRegisterUchar+e )

    You don't have RAID, correct? Probably SATA?

    Did you make any changes to BIOS? Did you OC your system? When did this first occur? If it didn't always occur, can you restore to a date prior to problem?

    If you can boot into safe mode, have your run virus and malwarebytes scan?

    I don't have raid
    I did nothing to bios

    I don't know what oc is sorry

    Just started about two or three days ago

    Been in safe mode ran virus and malwarebytes scan all clean

    Did system restore still get problem

    OC means overclock, as in processor or video card.

    iv not oover clocked pc

    but i have downgraded it to windows XP and im still geting the probelm

    so tonight when i get home im going to put windows 7 back on and when i get the money take it to a IT repair shop

    so thanks for the help it was not much use to a noveis

    Hi sistwo, welcome to the forums :)

    Have you installed any new software/hardware over the last 3 days? Try unplugging ALL non-essential USB devices and boot the machine to see if it still behaves the same.
