windows 7 32 bit home premium

    hey

i got windows vista as my original OS but i brought the windows 7 home premium 32 bit because i wanted to use windows 7 and so i upgrade to windows 7. i have no problem using windows 7 for like 1 year but when i boot my windows 7 the next day, it starts to lag badly and so i have to reformat again and i did it 3 times and it is still lagging badly, taskbar lagging when i click it and sometimes even i have to force shut down my computer because the program lagg. i do not want to reformat again. All my drivers are up to date and windows update all done. All anti-virus/spyware/malware program are on with high priority/alert. Done sfc/scannow and do not find any violations. I think there is something that make my computer lagg so badly and i do not know what is it.

any programs/software to detect whats wrong with my laptop ?

    thanks

First you must fill out your system specs here.
Then check at taskmanager which process that consume high cpu/memory resource?
(post the screenshot of taskmanager while lagging)

In addition to Wish's advice, please follow these directions: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

That will show us where to start.

It's okay, that application is just a general information gatherer. It provides event logs, driver listings, error-reporting, problem devices...and of course dumps, for the BSODs.

Going to bed shortly, I'll be back in this thread sometime tomorrow. Perhaps another analyst will make suggestions, we'll see.
