ok sorry ive been away for abit but let me give you an update of what ive done since i made this post.

1)ive upgraged my case which has plenty of cooling so that should be an issue
2) ive replaced my heat sink which has halved my cpu tempurature ( turns out i was overheating)
3) did a clean install of windows 7 prof 64 bit
4) updated all my drivers

and these random restarts still occur. im really not sure what to do next, has there been any attempt to solve this issue? ive tried looking everywhere

my computer has recently since i reinstalled windows given me a minidump, how do i upload it for you guys to look at?

Your hardware looks to be the problem then, stress test it for errors to show:

hmmm its telling me its an inviald file how odd. my friend seems to think it could be a combination of my ram and motherboard but i took my computer into a spealicist around march time and he swapped the ram and the same problem occured. i will run stress tests and see what happens
