I can't find very much about amdide64.sys; but what little I find indicates it is a problem. Read the thread linked below:

Win 7 upgrade will not boot, shows amdide64.sys corrupt or dig. sig. problem

Did your BIOS load? If it did not, you definitely have a hardware problem.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 000000000000000a, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000008, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 0000000000000000, address which referenced memory

Unfortunately, the dump does not point to a specific driver. However, AODDriver2.sys is shown as an unloaded module. This means it was involved in the crash. This belongs to your AMD OverDrive. You might try disabling this software and see if that helps. I do not find a date for this driver; so I do not know if it is obsolete or not. Your other OverDrive drivers are up to date. Do a search of your c: drive for this driver and see what its date is.

I do find the following out of date drivers still loading on your system. You must up date these older drivers, especially the one in red font. XP drivers and software are not going to work with Win 7.

XP drivers and software are not going to work with Win 7.

i think that all this drivers were up to date, but they reverted to default when CMOS crashed...same thing with AMD Overdrive...i see some strange things since then...

is there some tool that tests BIOS funcionality?

No, not that I know of that you can do at home. That requires a bench test. But you can try flashing your BIOS. Be advised flashing the BIOS is not to be taken lightly. You can turn your computer into a big paper weight.

My computer has crashed.
What happens if factory reset won't work? It either won't start, or it just ends up kinda crashing or not working. If it does manage to work, it crashes at 8%.
