I am attaching a zip file with the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder and a snapshot of my perfmon command (it does not give me an option to save, so I am attaching a snapshot in a word file. I have no idea how to save it as HTML).
These are the other details about my system:

dont know where to check. The system is 2 months old
