BSODs and occasional complete crash

Hey,

I have an Acer Aspier 5738, and it's been acting up recently. Basically, the gist is that it will sometimes shut down without any warning at all, and at other times will give me a BSOD with different error numbers. Most recently it's shut down twice to blue screen locale ID 1033.

There isn't anything specific that I've been doing before the shutdowns. It does seem that I get the complete crash (not BSOD) more often when the system is hotter via speedfan, so that may be involved. I do think that the cooling system is a bit screwy on this model, as there doesn't seem to be a great exhaust vent.

Some system details:
Acer Aspire 5738, just under 1 year old
Windows 7 Home Premium x64, OEM installed, never reinstalled
Intel Core2 Duo T6600 (2.2 GHz w/ 800 MHz FSB)
onboard audio and video

I haven't tried reinstalling the OS completely, and was hoping to avoid that if possible. The restarts aren't so frequent yet, but I do think they're becoming more common. I've attached the requested files. Also, here's the text of the most recent BSOD:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

1. I'm not sure there's no conflict between MagicISO and Virtual CloneDrive - do not use these two products to emulate disks at the same time. I'd recommend uninstalling one of them.
