Haha, thanks for your support CarlTR6

How do I download LVUSBta.sys from the Logitech website ? Do you want me to re-install all my logitech drivers ? I think I re-installed them right after my sound problems.

I've tried again to uninstall my realtek drivers and restarted, now my HD audio is detected as "Microsoft HD audio", is that normal ?
I can then "update" the drivers with the realtek drivers saved on my HDD and it's back to be a "Realteck HD audio", that just seems weird to me ...

Yes my sound card is onboard the MSI P55-CD53

I'll try to install the "Intel 3/4/5 Chipset Drivers", is there anything else I should install from this page ?

Good research! Try to update the driver from this link: Realtek
ok, I'm downloading the HDAudio drivers directly from this Realtek website and will try to update them.

If you cannot update the driver, I suggest that you purchase a new sound card that is certified compatible with Win 7. This driver is basically an XP driver and, remember, it was implicated as being part of the crash in some of your dumps.
let's hope the update works but I'll do that if it doesnt

    Thanks

Updating the chipset set drivers did help you. I no longer see LVUSBta.sys in your loaded drivers.
Error code 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Usual causes: Device driver
The dump blames usbhub.sys. I still see two outdated drivers loading on your system. Is your mouse a USB mouse? If so, can you try another mouse and see if your mouse is the problem? If you cannot update the Wacom driver (I think there is an updated driver available), you need to upgrade your mouse to one that is Windows 7 compatible.

Uninstall every Adobe product. See if Adobe has an uninstall tool that you can download. If not, download and install Revo Uninstaller (free) and uninstall your Adobe software with Revo. Once you have uninstalled all of your Adobe software, download the latest versions of the software and install them. This includes Adobe flash.

The dump blames usbhub.sys. I still see two outdated drivers loading on your system. Is your mouse a USB mouse? If so, can you try another mouse and see if your mouse is the problem?
Yes I'm using a Logitech G5 usb mouse, it may be a bit dated but Logitech has drivers for Windows7 on their site and they should be up to date on my system as well.
I'll still try to use another mouse and see how it goes.

If you cannot update the Wacom driver (I think there is an updated driver available), you need to upgrade your mouse to one that is Windows 7 compatible.
I did update the wacom tablet drivers a couple of times already, are those drivers still outdated on my system ?
Do you mean the Wacom tablet drivers or the Logitek mouse drivers ?
    Logitech G5 mouse
    Wacom bamboo fun

Uninstall every Adobe product. See if Adobe has an uninstall tool that you can download. If not, download and install Revo Uninstaller (free) and uninstall your Adobe software with Revo. Once you have uninstalled all of your Adobe software, download the latest versions of the software and install them. This includes Adobe flash.
Was the adobe driver involved in the crash or is it just marked as outdated ?

    Thanks Carl

It is not the Logitek mouse; it is the Wacom driver which is listed as a mouse driver: wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:29 2007. It appears this driver is part of Bamboo Fun. Does Wacom have an update for this particular driver? The 2007 driver is not going to work with Win 7. If you cannot update it, you can navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate wacommousefilter.sys and rename it from .sys to .bak. Reboot and that driver will not load. This will likely break Bamboo Fun. However, I believe I have seen this driver updated.

The Adobe driver was not marked in the crash; but neither were any other third party drivers. It is just outdated; it is not a Win 7 driver. July 13, 2009 is the "magic" date for Win 7 drivers. However, some Vista drivers dated prior to July 13, 2009, will work with Win 7. The objective in troubleshooting is to remove all potential causes of BSOD's.

I hope I have answered your questions.

I too recommend you update it or completely unplug.

Also, you may want to check for updates for this one:

    another day, another crash
attached is a new BSOD dump
my comp crashed a couple of times since my last post, USB get disconnected regularly and once it just BSOD but froze while creating the dump at 0%

I didnt get around to do more test and uninstalling since last time, got caught up at work.
About the bamboo drivers, I don't really understand why there is still an old driver on my system, I've uninstalled/reinstalled those drivers so many times .. I'll probably try to uninstall and rename the remaining files as bak as you suggested.

    Thanks guys

This crash was caused by a driver and it blames usbaapl.sys which is an MS system driver, up to date, and very likely not the real cause. It was affected by something else - more than likely an obsolete driver or device, particularly an obsolete USB device/driver. I see that you have updated most of your drivers. Good work. However, these two drivers are still loading on your system and wacommousefilter.sys is highly suspect. It is an XP driver and XP drivers are not going to work with a Win 7 OS.

I suggest that you completely uninstall Bamboo. Download and install Revo Uninstaller (free) and use it to uninstall Bamboo. Then navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and look for wacommousefilter.sys. If you can't find it, that is good. It is gone. If you do find it, rename it from .sys to .bak, reboot and it will not load.

Regarding adfs.SYS, if you cannot update it from the adobe website, I suggest you completely uninstall all Adobe software, including Flash and download and install the newest versions.

I've finally uninstalled all adobe products and my wacom tablet, then of course I got a BSOD while restarting file attached

no trace of both .sys files so everything should be clean now :)
Hopefully it was the last blue screen ...
