Windows 7: BSOD Windows 7 Professional x64

BSOD Windows 7 Professional x64

I have two identically configured Systems. Same hardware, cloned Image of OS including drivers and core utils like adobe reader, flash, firefox ...

Both systems are showing the same symptoms. Every Day in the morning (or after the systems has been turned off for a few hours) the Computer is restarting up to 4 times with differnts BSOD - mostly 0x00000024.
If i start the memory diagnosis from windows 7 or memtest i get many errors. (Perhaps the problems are hardware-related?) But! When i try to repeat one of them (the computer is now running for about 30 min!, it has just been restarted after the first memtest) both tests succeed without any error.
From that moment on both computers are running the whole day without any bsod?!?

I'm not very experienced in debugging these files and would be very happy, if anyone could help me.

Thanks!

Configuration:
MSI 870A-G54, AMD 870

AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0 GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 5670 ultimate, 1034 GDDR5
