BSOD Windows 7 64 bit ultimate

Hi everybody - My name is kenichi this is my first post here and i am very excited.
I don't now much about hardware and such, so please bare with me if my question seems somehow interesting

Now to my problem...

I frequently get BSOD, mainly BCCode "d1" and "3b". Ever since i have bought windows 7 64 ultimate, I have had this problem. I have reinstalled windows about 10 times now and I have tried the memtest(x86). First time (right after a BSOD) there were a bunch of errors - after restart it passed 10 times, so I don't know if its a memory issue. The fact is I am really new to all this and I don't know what to do. I mainly use this machine to business - so i really need to get this stable asap.

I have read some posts here recommending people to use "SF Diag tool" - so i did this and attached it to this post.

First I suspected the graphics card, so I bought new ones last week, and the problem still persist. I personally suspect perhaps my PSU (see my techspecs) is to small to my machine, or something regarding voltage setting in BIOS or a driver problem. As I type this post everything is I in factory default settings.

But I have to say I am only guessing here - I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks in advanced

Hi kenichi,
Three dumps indicated memory corruption. (0xd1; 0x50; 0x3b)
I think you should test your RAM again. Test each stick individually with different slots, because the possibilities are:
- bad RAM
- bad motherboard slot
- 3rd driver causing memory corruption.

Run memtest at least 7 passes.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

These drivers need to do update:
Code:
AsIO.sys     Mon Dec 17 01:11:49 2007 (47663D55) --> Asus PCProbe Utility
yk62x64.sys  Mon Sep 28 01:19:31 2009 (4AC07193)--> marvel yukon ethernet
While troubleshooting, it's better to remove AVG and replace it with MSE because MSE could running better in windows kernel.
