    BSOD can't access safe mode

I was recently having problems with installing Microsoft Silverlight on my Windows 7 64bit laptop. I followed instructions on several forums which told me to remove the program using comand prompt. I tried doing this but it couldn't find the specific file so i uninstalled it using add remove programs and then decided to restart my laptop. As it was entering the login screen the welcoming music glitched and then it entered the BSOD.I've never had a BSOD on this laptop before and i thought so it was just a once off, it then retarted on its own and entered the BSOD again. So i've tried entering using safe mode and it will still BSOD. I'm stuck in a loop and i was wondering if anyone could help me sort this problem as i need my laptop for uni.
The BSOD error code was 4a5bc184
    Thanks in advanced.

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)
Also, try Startup Repair: Startup Repair
