BSOD w/ no solution

Hello All,

I have been having the problem i have seen crop up all over the internet with regards to BSOD. My problem is not with gaming or just sitting idle. It is almost exclusively with playing a video or browsing the web or streaming. I get this message:

I tried updating the bios and catalyst cards but still the same problem.

I dont know if this is an indication of anything but when i try to run the system score index thing from microsoft I crash every time about half way through. The test being run changes slightly but its always around half way with Direct 3D 10 something. ANyway any help would be great. I am new to building computers and this was a first attempt. I dont think i messed anything up but i guess i really wouldn't know if I did. I checked the memory and that is also fine. ANy suggestions or troubleshooting information would be greatly appreciated.
