    Found a way

I had similar problems that everyone else here, and the one thing i remember i did before the problems started was that i flashed my BIOS. Luckily i saved my old BIOS.bin and when i changed back to the old one everything worked as it should.
    Cheers.

    Updated my audio driver

Seemed to fix the problem. Mine is a Dell so I went to the Dell site and got the driver from them.

I did updated 2 things in my pc for same problem.

    1. updated bios using ASUS given software application to update bios version online.
    2. updated the LAN driver from Nvidia
    3. also changed bios values, something like 'cool and chilled' don't remember exactly. it's a processor mode. and i enabled it.

    then it didn't happened yet.

My problems were solved, when i remove AVG. My laptop stop crashing. My next problem was with Avast 5 Internet Security, it causes high DPC. And now I am with Avast 5 Anti-Virus and my laptop works perfect.
