Dumps are usually found in C:\windows\minidumps. zip the file and upload it using the attachment icon (shaped like a paperclip) in the reply.

Im not even close to being expert at debugging dump files, but I do notice many memory entries in the dump files from the 16th did you change something a few days ago? Have you attempted to fix the two errors I highlighted? Do you have a backup that you can restore from?

i actually am working with the same computer which is crashing that is why i have all these files and no i have not yettried to fix the errors highlited.

and asrock support center told me to configure sppedstep (cpu) from auto to enable but it is still doing the same,
and how do i upgrade the firmware???

Intel Q6600 OC'd to 3.2ghz (usually, stock at 2.4ghz)
OCZ DDR2 1066 4 gigs (stock the board sets it at 816 I think, when CPU is OC'd its at 1066)
ABit Ip35Pro Mobo.

plz, start a new thread as to not confuse the issue.... LEACHing a thread is very impolite. (getting this BSOD with the IRQL error) is over 95% of the time DRIVER ERRORS. and OC'd is a no no unless your really good. it causes DRIVER ERRORS. plz ask a mod to move your thread. for proper assistance.
