I don't actually see any make name on it at all. I took a few (crappy) pictures (attached) to see if your expert eye can determine the info needed. What I could gleam was a Part number (122 ck nf68 br), which yielded a lot of EVGA website on a Bing search.

Yes, that's 100% an EVGA part number, I wonder why the bios is not working.

I haven't found a separate solution, thank you for reminding me to post back.

I scoured EVGA support and forums, and they did not know why the BIOS download was not working. Checked back in today, and "Chrome is not supported by our FTP client" is written below the download select. If you use IE or Firefox, you should be fine. Here is the BIOS support page:

http://www.evga.com/support/drivers/

Select Mainboards, then BIOS updates, then your board (680i SLI)

Follow the instructions of your preferred method (easiest one for you) between floppy and CD. Windows BIOS flash can cause problems.
