Paged Fault In Non Paged Area BSOD

This only seems to happen when I plug in my new Logitech C200 Webcam. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling everything to do with the camera, but no luck. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit. The original OS was Vista HP, but I got an upgrade last year. I recently reformatted my hard disk and reinstalled the OS about 4 days ago, thinking that would fix the problem as well. The laptop is about 1 year old to the day. Also, when restarting from the BSOD, the computer gets to the "Starting Windows" screen, but does nothing from there and I must force it to shut down. Any help that can be provided will be GREATLY appreciated, as this is becoming more frustrating by the day.

I see. So as long as I uninstall the WD Smartware, I will have no problems? I don't use the software anyway so it won't really be a loss. Thanks for your quick response!

[Update- This solved the problem, I was able to install drivers and webcam programs successfully after removing the SmartWare programs. Thanks again for your help!]
