I find I cannot delete the netwns64.sys because Intel Wifi need this file.

So is there anything wrong with other component of my computer?

    Thanks a lot.

All dumps point to netw5s64.sys, Intel Wifi driver
Update it using update utility: Intel® Driver Update Utility

This was likely caused by the following module: netw5s64.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x0, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88005EAFFB5)
    Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
