Sorry for the late post. What does my recent BSOD mean? "memory corruption"

That means that there was corruption in the virtual address space for the contents of memory.

Windows uses virtual memory for all programs, so there's virtual memory address space for every program. The Windows Memory Manager decides where this virtual memory is stored (in the RAM or in the pagefile) - or it decides that it's not needed and discards it.

Hello once again. Thanks for the information, it helps me understand more about virtual memories. It seems that my RAM slot is little dirty. I already cleaned it, and my system is running in a good condition. Yesterday I used my PC whole day and I didn't exprienced any errors. I'm just afraid if BSOD will occur once again. By the way, thank you very much once again. I'll post back for further update.

I also ran Prime95 overnight for torture tests and still no errors, it seems my PC is really fixed. Thank you very much once again. Maybe I will start to upgrade my PC specs part-by-part.
