bad_system_config_info BSOD

Well first of all ill post my specs

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Intel Core I7 930 2.85Ghz
Asus P6X58D-E
4GB G-Skill 2000mhz RAM

Alright so, ive been having some slow boot times around 166 seconds.. So i went to this thread and thought it might help me. Taking too long time to reboot...?

So what i did was change the processors to 4. then i restarted. No change. So then i clicked maximum memory and restarted and WOW what a change. it was SO fast. BUT Somehow HyperThreading was disabled when that happened, my system only recognized 4 cores not "8" in Asus AI Suite. So then I unchecked Number of processors and then restarted once again. Finally a few minutes after "Starting Windows" BOOM I get blue screen saying "bad_system_config_info" So i tried Startup Repair, that failed. I tried Set to last good configuration, that failed. I tried system restore that failed. Im in safe mode with networking right now as im typing this. I also tried going back into msconfig and revert back to the defaults but that also doesnt work. Can someone please help me?

Go into bios before safe boot and reset everything to default

Then try to boot

Can you explain more in depth on where in the bios? So i dont screw anything more up.

EDIT: I found it and it worked!! Thank you so much!! but, I had my RAM OC'd to 2000mhz, now its at the default speed, If i overclock it again, will my system still be stable like before?
