Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having problems. I see an almost guaranteed BSOD maker on your system:
Quote:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).
You also have some other outdated drivers. Older drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Update these drivers, if updates are available. If not, uninstall the camera; it is not Win 7 compatible. The last driver in the list was implicated in one of your dumps as being involved in the crash.

Take care of the camera drivers either by updating the drivers or uninstalling the camera and update the ASACPI.sys driver, reboot and see how your system does. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there. Let us know how your system is doing.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa98046247d8, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002cb03a4, address which referenced memory

Edited to add: If you are running Windows Defender, I recommend that you download and install MicrosoftSecurity Essentials. MSE supercedes Defender; it offers better protection and runs well with Win 7.

The dump blames the crash on memory corruption and indicates Prime95. The fact that your computer crashed while running Prime leads me to believe you have a hardware problem.

I am going have to ask for help with this one. Maybe one of the other team members will see something I have missed.

thanks Carl....
the only thing I suspect is the mis-matched memory...two different brands...
2 sticks on one channel and 2 on another...

but the system has no problems in xp 32bit, so it's kinda puzzling

Make the RAM sticks matched (ie; remove a pair) and run Prime95 again.

I take it you had tried running Prime95 in XP?

Mismatched RAM can certainly cause conflicts and crashes. I think you have identified your problem. Try Reventon's suggestions. He is far better with this type of problem, than I am.
