Windows 7 64 bit professional sleep mode problem

My laptop is thinkpad w510 model 4318 CTO
i tried to update the bios and driver....and restore to the backup at the previous one...
However, it does not help me to solve this sleep mode problem.

Moreover, it cannot update KB982670 ...it always say error code 800B010B

2weeks ago, my laptop started to not resposne to my action of sleep mode. For example, i press the Fn+ F4 , or sleep button in windows... the screen will go to dark immediately. Nevertheless, the power button light and wireless light are still on. The hard drive light is dimming on... I do not know what it is the problem.. The lenovo ask to me take it to repair shop to check it. Is it windows problem or hardware problem?

Hibernate and Hybrid Sleep are available in your machine, strange it should be working fine.

Try system file checker ->command prompt(as admin) -> sfc /scannow

Also try to reset power option into default settings:
Start -> search -> powercfg.cpl -> change plan settings -> change advance power setting

Maybe you should consider to do repair install. It will preserve your user accounts, data, programs, and system drivers.
