The most important file is missing. Read instructions, again. I think its step 2 run as adminstrator was not done.

Ok. Correct me if I made a mistake.
Moved it to My Documents Folder
Ran as Adminstrator

One thing that I noticed when it ran was the first line itself said that the system could not find the specified path.

Thanks for your help so far. There is no dump files so far on my computer. There is no such folder in my computer.

OK then we are back to where we were. That screen shot shows the BC code. It means its hardware.
It takes several to confirm the actual cause, though. Right now its hardware

It is the same as this code
Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

But it takes more than one to get a definitive answer.

Try two things to get us a better clue. Try in clean boot does it freeze
No follow instructions
Yes Go in safe mode and see if it freezes
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Solved

Hey, I managed to solve the problem. I reinstalled the OS with Windows 7 Service Pack and I have gone 2 weeks without a freeze. I am just wondering what's going to happen when they release the final version of the Service Pack as I would have to uninstall the RC version and install the new one. I am hoping it would not get the problem started again
