Did the computer crash or just the app? If the computer did crash please use these to find and upload the DMP file.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.

do i need to start a new topic in here or can i just attatch the file here and give more info?

It's a new pc build, everything worked fine, tried to insatll cs4 and the computer worked fine as did cs4.

turned it off, tried to turn it back on next day and got all sorts of erors and them bsod, eventually got it going but all installed programmes had dissapeared.

now every time i try to install cs4 i get the above error
