hi just got this bsod on a fresh install of windows 7

Also, please stick to a single thread. Without seeing that you have 2 other threads, I might not realize that this is not the first BSOD you have ever gotten.

I ran the dump file -- ESET is blamed. Update it to the 2010 version here: Best Free Antivirus Software Trial: Free Home, Business and Gaming Download from ESET

That may have been triggered by your old network drivers as well. Install these ones: Realtek
