One dump blame nvlddmkm.sys, part of Nvidia driver

Possible causes: bad RAM/PSU, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad Graphics card, overheating, outdated driver

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover driver files
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Reinstall Nvidia drivers in safe mode
    NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL

    Update DirectX
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF8A0CF581B20, 0x1, 0xFFFFF800031CB55D, 0x5)
    Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

This was likely caused by the following module: dxgmms1.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800417C986, 0xFFFFF88009AC93D0, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Hi Wizz and welcome to the forum.

Follow Yowan's advice and make sure your video driver is not corrupted.

I looked at your four most recent dumps. All of them point to hardware or hardware related errors. All of them indicate memory corruption.

To begin your troubleshooting I recommend that you uninstall UltraMon. It has an obsolete driver loading at startup. Older drivers can and do cause conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's.

Error code D3, DRIVER_PORTION_MUST_BE_NONPAGED. Usual causes: Device driver

Error code 50 (2X), PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS.

    Error code 3B, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    DRIVER_PORTION_MUST_BE_NONPAGED (d3)
When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers marking code or data as pageable when it should be
    marked nonpaged.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff960003d99ac, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL

I find out of date drivers loaded on your system. The ones in red font are quite obsolete. I mentioned one of these above. Update or or eliminate these drivers.
AsUpIO AsUpIO.sys Sun Jul 05 22:21:38 2009 - Asus utility driver. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-. Update this driver or update PCProbe.

inpoutx64.sys Fri Oct 17 19:01:16 2008 - I have been unable to determine exactly what this driver belongs to. LCDWriter maybe? Google shows a multitude of problems with it. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, find this driver, rename it from .sys to .bak. Reboot and it will not load. It will break what ever device or program it is associated with.

    PxHlpa64.sys Tue Jun 23 19:16:35 2009 - Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

RtNdPt60.sys Mon Dec 10 21:49:52 2007 - Realtek NDIS Protocol Driver from Realtek. Realtek Update this driver or upgrade your network adapter.

UltraMonUtility.sys Thu Nov 13 20:10:30 2008 - UltraMon multi-monitorUltraMon Support. Update this driver, upgrade the software, or uninstall the software and replace it with Windows compatible software.

wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:17 2007 - Wacom(tablet) Mouse Filter Wacom Hardware Drivers. Update this driver.
    How to find drivers -
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
    - - To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
If you need help with the drivers, please ask.

A format is not going to help if you reinstall obsolete software.
