Irql_not_less_or_equal bsod

Hi this is my first post in Windows 7 forum. I just wanted to share my problem with my PC, I am facing a BSOD every now and then while playing sound or youtube videos...(not really always sometimes while playing games or doing other work like browsing).

I have attached minidump files below please use blue screen viewer to review them. I think it is caused by ntkrnlpa.exe and halmacpi.dll (mostly I think so).

The blue screen title is
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (always)

Please help me.

Thanks

Hi man

First of all, please check your RAM, memory corruption was blamed quite frequently.
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

This can be a problem with your browser, so I recommend you to try to re-install the browser and use it without any add-on.

You have these 2 drivers that you need to update or remove:
Code:
MTictwl MTictwl.sys Mon Aug 28 02:43:22 2006 (44F29E9A)
MagicTunePremium or PortTalk Driver V by Samsung Electronics, Inc or Beyond Logic
You can either try to go to Samsung
or Beyond Logic to update the driver or remove the application

Code:
PxHelp20 PxHelp20.sys Wed Aug 09 12:27:31 2006 (44DA1B03)
Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)
Please update it or remove the application (burning program?)

Code:
BugCheck A, {841fffe4, 2, 1, 82ca2bee}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys, Win32 error 0n2

You might want to update DirectX since it is blamed

For the PxHelp20.sys driver, here is how you can remove it:
Quote:
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHelp20.sys to PXHelp20.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.
For the other driver, the easy way to deal with it is to think about what program is using it. Based on what I described, can you think of any application (SAMSUNG) that is using it. If so, try to go to Control Panel, in Add/Remove feature and check if you can remove it.

Hi!
This time the dmp file blamed cmdguard.sys, which is a part of COMODO Firewall Pro Sandbox Driver. I would like you to try to remove Comodo completely for testing purposes.
Another thing is, in looking through the driver, I saw that you have this out of date driver that I might forgot to tell during first post:
Code:
giveio giveio.sys Wed Apr 03 21:33:25 1996 (316334F5)
ADC Analyzer/SwiftForth/Disspy orSpeedFan. Make sure to update speedfan if you are using.

Another thing that I'm curious about is the result from Memtestx86 that I told you to perform during the first post. Please do so.
