    Crashes a New Occurance

    Windows 7 is x64 bit.
Windows 7 is the original OS on the system.
Windows 7 is an OEM version.

The system is about 8 months old.

Hello again, I'm having issues regarding my computer once more this one is a bit more specific in nature. It seems to be caused when my computer is processing data retrieved from the internet. Such as running Windows Update, patching a game, or downloading anything larger than a MB. They don't occur all the time but they occur pretty consistently with the above mentioned only.

In regards to my first post it was resolved as it stopped crashing my computer without any provocation I would've posted a second time on my second post but I felt a new one might be necessary sorry if this causes any problems.

    Thanks for your time.

NETw5s64 is an Intel WiFi driver, which you don't have.

Ken probably meant Ralink drivers, which are out of date. Install these ones: RALINK SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

And do remove SPTD with this tool, as Ken suggested: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download...t-v174-x64.exe

Ok, I updated the Ralink Drivers, updated the graphics card (First Post), Removed the sptd.sys (First post), Reset my modem, made static IP's (Both of these are in the second post) and I'm still crashing

Thanks for the help hope something can help.

Ok I recently tried to update the BIOS which was successful. However I'm still getting crashes each time I run Windows Update or Download a Patch I play for a game. It's getting to be all the time now instead of just once in awhile.

Alright to recap what i've done at this moment since so far nothing is working! Please help!

    What I've Done So Far:

Removed SPTD.sys and removed Daemon from my system.
Did a Memory Test, HDD, and CPU test. All Passed.
Updated my Onboard Graphics Card driver.
Updated my BIOS on my motherboard.
    Updated my Ralink Network Driver.
Updated Windows Using alternative methods since the Windows Update on my system crashes.
Reset my modem to factory condition.
Set all my computers in the house to static IP's.

What has fixed or changed since my first post:

The crash below no longer occurs at random and instead occurs during a specific time.

Windows has a shorter startup time than previously before.

BIOS has new options for overclocking (Not being used though).

    The Problem:

Each time I try to download a patch my computer will crash in 2 minutes. Each time I try to check my windows update my computer crashes. When using FireFTP to connect to a server on my network which will go through but anything I try to send or receive causes a crash. I can download from the internet with a 90% success rate sometimes it'll cause the crash just like below.

The crash itself is like Explorer has stopped responding. I am able to move my mouse around for a few minutes than that too stops working and I have to force a shutdown. While Explorer has stopped responding I cannot do anything but wait for the mouse to kick the bucket as well.

Anything else seen in the logs that could have anything to do with the network or anything else? I'm running out of things to try

    Hi -

All of the dumps have bugcheck 0x124 = WHEA = Unknown Hardware failure.

Info on 0x124 - Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

I would suggest that you connect to Internet via Ethernet unless you have found an update for your Ralink wifi driver. It is too old for Windows 7 x64 -
    Code:
    Interface name: Wireless Network Connection
Driver : Ralink RT61 Wireless LAN Card V2
      Vendor : Ralink Technology Corp.
      Provider : Ralink Technology Corp.
      Date : 9/28/2007
      Version : 2.1.0.0

Files show Windows 7 installed in Feb 2010, yet no Windows Updates since then. There are ~ 50 missing. But you need Internet connection first -

    Remove this virtual device -
    Code:
mcdbus.sys Tue Feb 24 05:34:07 2009 (49A3CD1F) - MagicISO SCSI Host Controller driver - MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor
Remove this app for now -
    Code:
    loopbe1.sys Sun Jan 27 12:31:00 2008 (479CBFD4) - nerds.de LoopBe1 - LoopBe1 - A Free Virtual MIDI Driver
Update these drivers / apps -
    Code:
    hamachi.sys Thu Feb 19 05:36:41 2009 (499D3639) - LogMeIn - https://secure.logmein.com/

    Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009 (4A16BC2E) - Realtek Ethernet NIC - Realtek

    atikmdag.sys Fri Sep 18 22:44:52 2009 (4AB445A4) - ATI Radeon HD 4200 Video - Downloads
Your RAM Config = 6 GB total
    - 2x2 GB
    - 2x1 GB

Take out the 2x1 sticks and see if system stabilizes at all.

Thank you very much for the info, I actually fixed recently a few of the things you mentioned such as:

Windows is now updated to where it should be. I hadn't realized it had been so long since I checked the updates...

    Ralink Drivers were updated.

ATI Radeon was also updated recently.

What I will try as per your suggestion.

Removing the Magic ISO app. Checking the ram and removing the 2x1 sticks.

As for what I'm unsure of.

The Hamachi I have installed on my computer was checked to be the most recent version. (Version 2.0.2.85)

    Hi -

Apologies for my mistake on hamachi.sys - I did verify that it is part of LogMeIn's most recent installation version.
