Hello everyone! I just bought a new computer a week ago, everything was running smoothly until I had two bsods today and yesterday. Please help as soon as possible, I'm leaving for a month long trip TOMORROW night and want to get this resolved before I leave.
Im running windows 7 64bit...
Whenever I load my machine up in normal mode it will go for about 10 minutes then crash. However it will run forever in safe mode. i have attached the jcgriff zip.
I am running Win7 Home Professional x86
I've been getting the BSOD a few times a week since I bought my lap top. It's a Dell Vostro 1520 with Windows 7.
The BSOD always says reference by pointer, I can't figure out what is causing it.
Attached is a zip file with the mini dump information.
Any help is appreciated.
