What is the exact make and model of your audio card? If it's built into your system, what's the exact make and model of your system? That will help us to find the proper link for updating your audio system.

The Driver Verifier doesn't delete anything. What it does is it creates difficult conditions for the drivers to run under. The reason for that is that it should cause any problem driver to crash and leave it's name in the memory dump file. Please follow the instructions exactly.

Yes, include the dump file - but the STOP 0x1A error shows (in most cases) either a memory problem (run this free test: Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link) or a glitchy driver (run Driver Verifier).

Also, please answer my questions from the previous post.

Is there anyway to check make and model of my audio card? I don't really know how to check them.
I'm sorry I didn't answer your previous question.

If you don't know the exact make and model of your audio card - what is the exact make and model of your computer. We can usually look up the audio card from that information.

You can download System Information for Windows and it will help you see what hardware components you have.

Follow Doc Brown's suggestion for using SIW and find out if your audio card is by Conexant or by Realtek.
Go to this page and download the appropriate Audio drivers: Lenovo Support - Drivers & Downloads

Then uninstall the current audio software/drivers
Install the new software/drivers
Monitor for further issues.
