    unexpected shutdown


    goodmorning from a cold and snowy England,

    I'm getting unexpected shutdowns + BSOD

    this is a self build PC
    64bitWIN 7
    from retailer which I installed

    System and OS are about 9Months

    Remove any Acronis True Image software

    Code:

    Could not read faulting driver name
    Probably caused by : tdrpm251.sys ( tdrpm251+4c72e )

    Thanks for your reply, unable to find via control panel.

    if its in the root menu or reg you'll have to step by step, as I'm clearly not expert.

    Go to Control Panel and click on 'uninstall a program'(its located in the bottom left)
    Then locate the Acronis program and click on 'Uninstall'
    Follow the one-screen instructions and reboot the computer
