    Won't turn on

I've had my Acer eMachines E630 laptop for about 4 months now and its been working fine until yesterday. I used it in the morning to print out assignments then then after work that night, I went to turn it on and it came up with "Start Windows Normally" or "Launch Start up Repair" so I went start windows normally but it tried to load and went back to that exact screen. So this time I went to the launch start up repair and it sat on a black screen for about 5 minutes and then went to a blue windows 7 themed screen where I could move the cursor but nothing was loading. I've tried resetting everything back to the original windows 7 settings but that doesn't work, I've been into advanced boot options and tried nearly everything. When I tried safe mode it stopped loading at "\Windows\System32\DRIVERS\AtiPcie.sys" and goes back to the first screen. Can anyone help me?
