Windows 7 bluescreen after waking up from sleep

Every time I put my computer to sleep, and wake it up I get a blue screen that says kernel data inpage error. If you wake it up right away it doesn't seem to happen, but after around 3 minutes it bluescreens.

This one was caused by memory corruption and your virtaul HD software

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc400097a0, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000000e, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 000000002ce39860, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff880012f4c7c, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

Hello again so I removed Daemon Tools, and used the uninstaller you told me to. I also ran memtest86 for 7 passes, and it found zero errors. Now when I wake the computer up sometimes it works fine, and other times it seems to restart, and says resuming windows.
