Constant crashing after a few minutes

Hi guys, I'm experiencing constant crashing after logging into my computer after a few minutes. I'm currently running in safe mode with networking so this leads me to believe some kind of program is causing this. The problem is I can't identify what is causing this. I'll attach an Event Viewer log in my post. Another thing I should mention is that this computer is very new, as in just yesterday I finished building it and installing the OS.
Here are the specs of my computer if you need it:

Besides that I don't have any idea what kind of info I can give you guys. Maybe the Event Viewer log would help you guys more. Thanks in advance.

Try in clean boot. That will give us more informtion. If it works well with clean boot, follow the clean boot instructions.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

It may be your anti virus; but clean boot will tell us more.

Yes, it seems that AVG 2011 was causing the problem. I'm switching to Windows Security Essentials and will see how that works.

Well, that's a disappointment, I've been using AVG ever since XP. Anyways MSE is working fine. Thanks for all the help.

In addition to MSE download and use Malwarebytes for a once week scan. Many here, including me have malwarebytes.

Great, then you are ahead of the game. Use with MSE and you should not have any problems.
