Those are usually my first suspects...Toolbars are evil
If the java updater gives you grieve, you can either remove it through the JavaRa link I gave you earlier
or you just disable it through the Startup Tab of msconfig.

I enabled McAfee siteadvisor and then noticed that Internet Explorer is still crashing rarely when visiting websites such as yugioh wika. I got this error in Action Center.

I disabled the siteadvisor. Internet Explorer only crashes sometimes on wikas such as Lostpedia when siteadvisor is on. Siteadvisor is probably the problem.

In that case I would get rid of Mcafee and use something else reliable like MSE or Avast
but that's up to you

I think IE8's SmartScreen filtering may be interfering with McAfee siteadvisor, so that might be what is causing Internet Explorer to crash sometimes when siteadvisor is on.

No, looks like I was wrong about IE8's Smartscreen flitering interfering with McAfee siteadvisor. McAfee siteadvisor is the cause of Internet Explorer crashing it seems. McAfee itself causes no problems to the computer, though, so it's just the siteadvisor that isn't working right.

That just means, the MSHTML layout engine has generated an error msg (hard assertion failure).
There is no way of knowing what caused that. It could well be a software bug in IE that only pops up when certain conditions are met. Just make sure the error report gets send to MS when asked for.
