It is another error code 3B. dxgmms1.sys is a Windows Direct X driver and most likely not the real cause. I still see this outdated driver on your system:It appears to be a security program that I suspect is interfering with your graphics and Direct X. Uninstall this software. If you cannot find the software in Programs and Features, download Revo Uninstaller (free) and see if Revo finds it. If it does, uninstall the software. Otherwise, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS, locate this driver and rename it from .sys to .old. You also still have this obsolete XP driver loading on your system.
