    The dump files appear to point to networking (NETIO.SYS) - so I'd suspect either your networking drivers, or problems with your networking device(s)
    Update to the latest version

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    BugCheck A, {0, 2, 1, fffff80003244fed}

    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!IndexHashDelete+36 )

    Ok

    There are several possible causes and one definite

    1-First SPTD.SYS is almost always a cause and it is used in daemon tools and alcohol. It is loaded

    Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
    [/quote]
    You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

    2-USBPORT.SYS caused at least one.

    Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    3-NETIO.SYS--Often Zone alarm causes this

    Remove zone alarm and replace with microsoft security essentials and win 7 firewall.
