Pc BSOD Randomly

Hi dudes this is my first post in this forum and i hope to get best support of you guys.
The problem i am having with my pc is that it gets BSOD randomly sometimes after 7 to 8 hours sometimes on startup and sometimes 10 - 15 mins of usage.
I have done no overclocking my cpu temps are normal.
Also installed windows 2 times but that didnt solved the problem.
This problem have been started from 2 to 3 weeks ago.

The error is something like this

My pc specs are.

CPU E2160 @ 1.8 GHz.
MOTHERBOARD XFX 630i 7100.
HARD DISK DRIVE Seagate 500.12 GB.
GPU Onboard.
LAN CARD Onboard.
SOUND CARD Onboard.
RAM Corsair value ram 2 GB 800 BUS.
POWERSUPPLY Cooler Master 460 Watts.

Disable ReadyBoost if you are using it
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Di you enable ReadyBoost on your system?
ReadyBoost uses external media such as flash drives to boost up the system

Did the SFC /Scannow and it says
"Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"
also checked the hard disk drive with the HD tune pro error scan and it was all ok.

i am not using readyboost on any flashdrive or external media
and cannot find it in taskmanager also.
But how should i be able to enable and disable it.
