DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000024, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002c7da56, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88003de25d8, Exception Record Address

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. You have the following out of date drivers loading on your system. Those in red font are really obsolete. Update these drivers.
Quote:
netr28ux.sys Wed Feb 25 21:49:17 2009 - Ralink 802.11n Wireless Adapter Driver, (you may have a different manufacturer) Ralink corp.

PxHlpa64.sys Tue Jun 23 19:16:35 2009 - Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 - Latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek

RtNdPt60.sys Mon Dec 10 21:49:52 2007 - Netgear GA511 Driver file (Realtek chipset) Realtek

wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:17 2007 - Wacom(tablet) Mouse Filter Wacom Hardware Drivers
How to find drivers -
Quote:
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
- - To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
Update the above drivers, reboot and let's see how your system does. Please update us and let us know. If you get anohter BSOD, upload it and we will go from there. If you need help with any of the drivers, please ask.

Arg4: fffff800033f1266, address which referenced memory

Good job on updating netr28ux.sys. You definitely now have the latest version. YOu still have some out of date drivers to take care of.
Quote:
PxHlpa64.sys Tue Jun 23 19:16:35 2009 - Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

RtNdPt60.sys Mon Dec 10 21:49:52 2007 - Netgear GA511 Driver file (Realtek chipset) Realtek

wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:17 2007 - Wacom(tablet) Mouse Filter Wacom Hardware Drivers
Update your chipset drivers from Realtek and update the mouse/tablet driver. These are obsolete drivers.

There was no new dump file included in the upload. The most recent one was from 13 November and is the error code A that I analyzed in the above post. Have you updated the drivers I listed?
