    BSOD Brand New Computer

    Hello, I just purchased a new computer from best buy. Here is a link to the best buy page Asus - Essentio Desktop / AMD Athlon™ II X2 Processor / 4GB Memory / 750GB Hard Drive - CM1630-05

    I bought the computer along with a new video card, a Geforce 430. I installed the card along the newest drivers but once in a while i receive a IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen error. I dont understand why this is happening it is a brand new computer, i suspect it my be a problem the video card but i don't know. Can somebody help me read the dmp file and tell me what is causing the conflict?

    This zip is way too small to have a dmp file.

    Try this method.

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Aattach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

    I opened up my \Windows\Minidump directory and it has 1 file that is 285kb which i then compressed and uploaded. Where did I go wrong? Is there a way for me to open the file and try and read it myself?
